Sue Caplan receives letter of recognition from the National Aquarium in Baltimore
I just wanted to say thank you for having Sue perform the change out of the 5-Slot equipment for the Ray Tray. I am told that she was a great asset and a major contributor to the success of this emergency project. As you are aware this equipment directly affected the Life Support System for one of the main exhibits in the Pier 3 Pavilion. Having to work in the Aquarium can be challenging on its own, but now you throw the factor of the dollar value for this exhibit and the stress level becomes even higher. But thanks to Sue's experience and work ethic, she was able to complete the change out of the equipment in a timely manner which assisted us to restore the functionality of the Life Support System without any loss to the Aquarium.
